The Elberta yields sizable fruits that are golden-yellow with a red blush, celebrated for their sweetness and juiciness. Capable of producing as much as 150 pounds of peaches each season, its texture and flavor make it ideal for eating fresh, smoothies, baking, and canning.

Plant in full sun and well-drained loamy or sandy soil. The Elberta peach is self-pollinating, but planting pollinating partners can increase the size of your crops. Average height 12′ – 15′ and width 12′ – 15′.  Required chill hours: 800-900. USDA hardiness zones 5 – 9.
